That incident with David Buust, was conpared to it, and Andy Gray, said it looked far worse

Hope Eduardo recovers from this injury...Have to say though from the picture it doesn't look that bad. I've seen an injury that looked much worse while watching a South African premier league game in which a player- Dillon Shepard- broke his leg at the shin after a studs up tackle.
