well sort of, if I'm out with mates I rarely do, but family, wifey, others I will do...
prolly due to the places my mates go.. I mean pizza hut ain't exactly top of my list of eateries!

Do you tip every drink in America, or do you just leave a tip before you leave, if say in a bar?
i know I left one every time in one bar, but then in another, i just left a tip at the end of the night.
