anyway, i've found out something, if you have a photo that you want to add an item with, you can choose either cliparts or add frames right?? but the only thing you will see in frames are the frames uploaded in the frames folder, and the funlayer appears before capturing a photo and choose the option frame... there.. you will see the both the funlayer and the frames in one option... haha!! cheers
