So far I don't have any problem with this phone...just upgraded my fw last night, smoothly. almost 12 hours past since my last battery recharged and after some photos taking the battery bar still full! No issues as others pointed out.
It even survived hard fall twice. Still solid.

That's going way over the top. After a few more firmware updates it will be what the K800 was.
