S60 world's most advanced Os with plenty of add on applications

I generally like S60 and UIQ 3 quite a lot. They seem to be very powerful platforms and are excellent when it comes to installing third party applications. Furthermore, they're both very stable. Even though I like S60, I still prefer the UIQ platform as it supports touch screen phones and has done so for many years, hence UIQ's expertise in this area. S60 will soon come with TS support, but from what I've seen, it's no where as intuitive as UIQ.
I also like Apple's OSX in iPhone and iPod touch. It's very stable with only few bugs, and it seems to be running quite fast, too.
WM is also an OS for me. Nice features, decent when comes to stability and your opportunities with WM are endless.
So, when it comes down to it, I'd go for UIQ (or WM) for professionalism and either S60 or OSX for a more chilled and cooled-down use.
Hope that helped you

S60. By far the most mature, customizable and nice looking OS out there.

Hmm, what about playing around.
Modding some stuff, installing applications and also web surfing etc?

After the iphone's SDK intro yesterday I think it will be hard to find a more "complete" or "complex" OS out there in a couple of months. Apple has done a an excellent job with the SDK and the fact that apple' s been a software powerhouse for decades is really starting to show of. I don' t think other mobile companies or even microsoft can compete with apple in terms of OS or software today. Add that to the iphones very good hardware (600mhz and 128mb ram) and we'll be seeing a VERY powerful phone in probably summertime.

@Shebee
There really is no best phone OS only what is best for you counts in the same way as there is no best device for everyone only what suits each of us best.
But really you need to work out what features you really want or need and be far more specific than just what you have said.
Is size a factor? does it have to have fast Data such as HSDPA, is WiFi important? how large does the screen have to be? and what's the smallest you would accept, does it need to have a wealth of 3rd party apps available and what type of apps are they? Really these are the type of things you need to work out as a checklist and then see which devices fit the criteria you have. As what is right for me or anyone else may not be right for you.

Well.
I'm still a kid, im 16 and having my birthday soon (im becoming 16).
And ive been thinking of a new phone.
Tbh, I dont really even need a new phone, but, i cant think of anything else either.
The most important features for me are:
WiFi
Large also good quality (high res, colors)
For playing around with the system, and having fun with 3rd party appliacations
Performance, so i can run my games and my emulator on it
Any phones come to your mind?
Also, I never had a TS phone, and dont know if their any good, but it sounds very attractive.
