Formfactor
This will be the last number in the name.
**9 = Other formfactor
**8 = Clamshell
**7 = Clamshell
**6 = Clamshell
**5 = Slider
**3 = Slider
**2 = Candybar
**1 = Candybar
**0 = Candybar

W980 is a clamshell but according to that list its suppose to be a candybar.

All phones with the international version having an i at the end are phones using the old naming scheme !!
In this case the official name is W980i and not just W980 !

snapshot wtf are sony playing at
the is already the k series cybershot
and now c series cybershot

why would they have two different camera brands

a resevrse naming scheme would be confusing

eg 701k is a high end cybershot cyberbar
