What about changing the view mode to
List then highlight it?
Logically the List view mode won't display any thumbnail so it could probably be save.

@Amras, you are correct there - I put it into my others folder so it is only shown in the list and this does not restart the phone, only actually viewing the animation restarts the phone afaik

I deleted the file by connecting my phone to my computer then delete the file in the memory card. I am puzzled because a poster in the youtube video said that it didn't crash his ROKR E6. I'm going to try it some time in a Nokia 6233 and Samsung E250 to see if those phones can display it.
ive tried it on all my

phones and it crashed all of them. it also crashed a samsung d900, but a d600 just played it fine. a nokia 6230, 7373 and 6233 played it fine

Hell, thouse Nokia boys have struck again. The discussion and jokes in the ' underworld' has been going on for sometime. I never actually believed that someone will intentionaly 'create' something like this, just to discredit SE. My boss was very surprised after I did send the 'virus' to him and his SE (which he used to praise a lot) gave its gost. Now he wants something 'more reliable'

Now let me see how many SE cells can I 'hang' till the end of the week

Surprisingly it doesn't affect the P990, no problem displaying it in both FO and FC modes.
K750 is affected, as soon as the picture is displayed (either full screen or thumbnail) the phone restarts.
Nokia 6260 (S60v2) is not affected either, however the picture displays only once and does not repeat.

Jesus! H Christ!
Damn that image does it?! thats IT?! Wonder how many ppl in the K850i firmware thread also have this image somewhat hidden in their phone or M2 that is causing this. I was just thinking this was related to that ... maybe a file referenced in the Media Browser yet not on the M2 any longer?
