Like what others say go for it if its working and your getting it for a trusted buyer. Oh i don't like the N76 personally i think it looks like a girly phone black or red lol but do check out the N82 black if thats available half price with out warrenty that would be a steal

The N76 has issues with peeling off paint on the silver parts, often already after a few months of use, so wouldn't want it without warranty myself.
