I like use a Nokia 1600 right now!
It can barely make soddin' phone calls it's so old and crap.

It's a pain in the arse having to carry my 80GB iPod and fairly bulky camera around, but think of it this way, you're never gonna find 80 gig on a phone or 7 megapixels with 10x optical zoom either.

If phones didn't have MP3 and things then it'd be just like going back in time. I can remember at time when I didn't have such luxaries and the excitment in having a mobile was receiving at text message lol

well i guess we will see in a few years
by the way without a mp3 feature my phone would be useless i hardy ever
use it to phone or text people mainly because i can't afford to top it up

and i aslo wonder what other technologies will end up in every mainsteam phone like the camera and buletooth did.

Hmm... I do remember the days when I had my old phones that I could only make calls and send texts from. They were good phones and did their jobs well. Even now, with my W810, I still use it mainly for calls, texts, and most of the time, to browse on Esato. It's good to know I could listen to my music and also take pictures with my phone but I seldom do that. It's just a nice-to-have function for me. In any case, to answer the question, I would still have my phone with me all the time even if all I could do was make calls and send texts, as I used to do with my old phones.
