p800 doesn't have delivery reports for sms but it has for mms,maybe is what i believe,a move from SE to support and increase the use of mms in the near future.
As far as i known at the last firmware R1c which includes all European languages,they didn't add a delivery report

Ask your as sms reports can be sim dependant, in the t68/i the reports were in the phone memory with one of my providers simcards inserted but not with others, however after a few months a sim update came and sms reports are now on the phone, so are leaving it upto the operaters, but just use the code prefix as a template, you soon get used to it, it just means 156 crtrs instead of 160.

well yes an dno really,

it tells you when the recivers smsc has received the sms and so therefore logically the recipient has in fact got the sms at their end

so when youre sending important messages it can be very important to know whether or not he/she has got the message or not

though i for one go by the fact of whether or not they reply as to whether or not it has been sent
