Having said that, PDF+ was able to provide a free upgrade to all UIQ3 users. Bottom line is, if SE is involved the older devices will probably not get the new Opera, I doubt we may even be able to buy it.

The new version isn't for free. You have to pay for it. You can't find it in many Online Software Stores, which have Software for UIQ 3.x
