Unfortunately, the same thing had heppened to me before. When I downloaded heartbeat, my phone was around 9 months old. Played with it a couple of times and after that, my vibra stopped working. Didn't have time to bring it down to the sc to check. Then one day, I dropped my phone head first from my shirt pocket and whoa... my vibra started working again. Strange....
