It is a beautifull phone but if the photos really come out like that in the final version its thumbs down from me.
I wont buy it if my old K800 takes better pictures, but then i calculate the camera's performance really well in new purchases and my next buy will have to have a significant performance boost in the camdepartment so to speak.

But one could allways cross his fingers and hope that it was something wrong with the prototypes and that error is fixed in the final!

I think G900 is aiming for simplicity of smartphone for casual user not for power user.
I find it ridicoulus if you par it with n82. Because both of them aims for diffrent segment.

For me G900 isnt another dissapoinment (i wonder though why lately word "disappointment" make me sick)

To me G900 is a casual, all rounder and pocket friendly touch based smartphone

So what is the big difference between the G900 and the N82? The N82 has a built-in GPS. The G900 has a touchscreen. What else? What makes the N82 better suited for the power user than the G900?

@abu
Its clear that G series emphasize the organizer function with not so new hardware powered w/ old 208mhz processor.

While the N82 spec itself almost outperform all of G900 spec. Its clear that N82 intended for power user, from the look at the 330mhz and carlzeis w/xenon flash.

Then we should expect the G900 to be well below in price compared to the N82?

I think SE are hurting themselves by producing smartphones where some of the features, like camera or multimedia software are of less quality and then producing specialized phones where the same features are among the best, i.e. Cyber-shot in the K-series or Walkman in the W-series. They miss the users that want a truly converged device. Nokia has understood this and produces phones like N82 and the upcoming N96 where ALL parts are good. If I had to choose between the G900 and the N82, would there ever be any moment where the G900 would be in favour? LOL!

As far as i know N96 camera is a downgrade, just look at it's focal length and it suggests a smaller sensor installed. even the processor itself is imo weaker than the one installed on N95 and i can safely say they downgraded the battery performance as well - so i think not all N96's parts are good
