i find myself franticly searching if i find that my phone isnt in the inside of my jacket pocket, then realizing ive left it at home, ive seen myself getting off my bus and going back to pick up my phone!! even tho, i'm prob not going to use it anyway...

While my phones (usually one smartphone and one dumbphone) are an essential part of my daily life, I do not have this phobia of going without. I won't be a slave to anything.

I've even deliberately denied myself of them for certain periods. If I ever have to go without them, hey - life goes on!

I've left my phone at home a few times, and the worst thing for me is not being able to message the wife during the day, or at least let her know my phone isn't with me! If she knows my phone is at home, I will relax, and not having a phone at work doesn't bother me too much (too busy to use the phone, anyway - we don't get any breaks during our 12-hour shifts!)
