hi arien,
how are the night shots?
think tz5 will be it then..
the cheapest i seen is on ebay for 194 pounds with 2GB card
anywhere else i should look for?

They can be a little noisy at times, above ISO400 you can notice the graininess, but the flash is powerful enough to sort it, or if you'll be doing distant scenery, there are longer exposure options.

here is some pictures off my tz3, they are pretty nice. i cant stand it in low night though, way to noisey for my liking. zoom is good mind.
i still use my fuji f30 more.
Tbh though id still pick a tz3 (ur case 5) over anything else in a compact. as i had a few sony t series cameras before the tz3 and they where just rubbish.

If it's just that, the only difference would be burst speed.
On high setting, my TZ3 flys through the first 5 and then slows down half a second between frames, using a normal speed card.
