It's weird how SE's build quality has taken a nose dive of late, maybe they're letting the accountants run the buisiness now

OK.. and I thought I was an annoying customer just because I want a perfect screen, buttons, camera and no major squeeking. This is just nuts.

Tiny defects on, especially cellphones, are always there. Manufacturers let through non perfect phones for the resellers because it is almost impossible to get them all perfect. Try not to look for them, but if you still notice something that annoy you, go back to the store then.

Hey speaking about the P1 does is save sms on the sim card or like P990i on the phone and the P990i had a storage of around 2000 sms but got really slow when it got to around 1800 i could never get to the 2000 mark, i sold the P because of its size n ya the memory thinking of getting this if it does not save sms in the sim card then i may get K850 or W910

My P1 is just fine, but the only thing that annoys me is that the back part of the panel is plastic and the front is metal. I mean why isn't the back part of the panel metal like the front one? I know the answer but i don't like it ;/

Ignorance is bliss, tbh

Got the same "problem". It doesn't click on the left side.
Did you return your phone?

Well I am looking for good (almost perfect) phones when I'm buying a new one (and DONT like deffects much)... But not this in detail . Actually a little wavy brand plate wouldn't mind me at all... I just want the phone in good condition and working order

Guys with the non-latching chargers - try a different charger before you send the phone back. I had the same problem with the socket for the power on my cradle, happened to have a spare charger, tried it, it fitted with a very satisfying 'click'

Well it may be the accessory connector that causing the problem (is broken)... Not only the phone connector... Actually the phone connector is harder to damage... Accessorie's connectors are "more damageable"
