I've had one reboot since I got the phone in October but what I want to know is how do I turn off the accelerometer?

I didn't know this was possible.

Well yeah, turning off and on again (some sort of restart) is refreshing the phone's heap memory which is used up a bit when the phone is used for a longer time. It is good to do that imho.

My one also, keep turning off itself in my pocket. Very anoying. how can Sony Ericsson come out such unstable phone to the market. They should have check it throughoutly before make the debut. My firmware is R1FA035. Sometimes, the camera shutter can not open also. Hope sony would deal with these problems as soon as posible by giving us a newer firmware. if still like that i will simply go to other brand phone forever by anger and dispointment.

Fact: I never keep any file in phone memory n i hv turn off the accelerometer. I also didn't mod or hack the system file as well. The problem still persists.
