The point is not the location. It does not matter where you live. The votes received for the entire Americas last year were very less to warrant a further bifurcation of the category. There is no rule that an Asian member can only vote for the best Asian member and not for an European bloke. Remember the demand - supply analogy?

The Photoshopper Award would be a good one. There is a lot of talent here that goes unrecognised and of course the fact that shoppers take out time to create those works of art too.

Strange that definition. More members from the USA here on these boards that are active vs Canadians. And South America ... how can you NOT be Latin?!
Mexico being part of North America still is Latin. South America ... Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc. I can only think of New Guinea (? The country that is below sea level in the capital - I'm not looking at a map currently but I'm sure I have the country wrong) not being Latin culture based in South America.
