Windows 7 is a development step forward from Windows Vista and its TabletPC capabilities. The video just shows improvement in interaction. You will not need the touchscreen, but it is an obvious advantage.

even at that, ive got touchscreen, (press control + alt +z) and i can freely rotate the windows with my hand!

It seems like the ONLY advantage to me, because the entire focus of that video is on the touch screen interactions. I dont think to date i've seen a 21'' LCD touch screen monitor. Is there any?
