CID is not dependent in patching imo... Anyway I want the new K810 firmware, but it's CID53... That's what is annoying me

Yes, but now haven't any program to apply patches on CID 53 phones, later .. may be ~ 2009

Ok, well is there any chance of a gslide like application being able to slide patches into cid53 firmware and then just flash the already patched firmware to the phone with JDFlasher?

Just a random idea, probably no chance of it working though lol

btw i use k800 R8BF003 CID 53 but i never had 3 option. only oflash and ofs. did u use another cid or phone when making the tutorial ?

That's because your phone is CID53 and CID53 is not supported for patching yet... His phone is CID52 (if i'm not wrong)

but hows w850i or w880i firmware use in k800i.... i just want to use that walkman with normal working camera without/ with 3.2 mp..

R8BF003 - K810 - CID53 is the latest firmware for the K810... Anyway If you flash your K800 with W850/880 firmware you get problems... For example:

if you flash with W880 firmware:
- get walkman
- get flash themes
- lose camera (there is a way to use it downgraded to 2 megapixel)
- lose joystick functionality and have messed up keys...

if you flash with W850 firmware:
- get walkman
- get flash themes
- camera not working at all
- lose memory stick micro (M2) support
- lose joystick functionality...

so after all, I think it's definately NOT WORTH

Yes, but do NOT update your phone to CID 53 - cann't apply patches, cann't use other programs (XS++, Setool ), cann't make Back up/Restore on GDFS.
Stay with CID 52 !!!
