Just tell them you've had your phone nicked. But only need a replacement sim. O2 have sent me 3 sims in the last 18months

Just say that the phone says blocked. Act all stupid (not too hard to do on my behalf) and say you dont know whats going on. Ive had replacement cards from every uk network.
