a wild guess
the contact between
the vibrator and the circuit board is not that good...
this because of the two tin-plates on the vibrator which probably has been pinched out of place with the contact plate on the circuit board...
maybe not such a wild guess after all
it's quite a common fault... both with the vibrator and the microphone...
