I am basically looking for a handset similar to my w810 but with better camera and audio experience. 3G/HSDPA would be a bonus of course. so far no luck.
Lad at work gets his 5th replacement K850 delivered tomorrow, his 4th one died today.
Reliability aint a K850 strong point, ive seen how slow it is to use plus im not impressed with the pictures it takes considering its meant to be a 5mp camera phone.

But between the two, i will go for the w810 in terms of camera
w960 white balance is not as accurate as w810. ive compared them with settings set to auto.
so apart from the increased resolution, and better video recording of w960, imo w810 is a better camera performer than w960 (considering the ease of use, camera UI)
To answer the question, which walkman has a better camera than w810?: SAKURA W900!
w900 has almost the same camera UI and performance with w810 save from the spot photometry, infinity focus and the excellent (i loved it) QVGA 30fps video recording

None yet, other than W900 which has almost the same camera result only slightly better...
I don't know why others are saying W960 camera is better than W810's??? It just has more MP but otherwise the result are not even close...

900 was released first than
810 and as it is older they just think of a new one. and because of this

I didn't think SE had made any phones that could do QVGA recording before C702. What other phones from SE can do this?

The first JP-8 handset was Z750.

K850 and (surprisingly!) Z770 do
QVGA@30fps. Whitepaper said that W760 do so as well but I am not sure it's true on current f/w.

Well, if you want 30fps QVGA video, you can get the W960... It has that... It recoreds 15fps on 320x240, but at lower resolutions, framerate is 30fps...
P.S. Another good "walkman" with autofocus camera is the P1 (if you install it the W960's walkman player)
