@Yakkaimono

What are you getting so worked up about? So far I have tried 2 HPM 70's and found them lacking the 'thump' that other earphones have. I posted my opinion about it. You have a different opinion, ok. Doesn't mean that you should be rude!

Do you want everyone to have the same opinion as yours?

Peace!

Ok ok calm down and don't take everything that serious.
I apologize for my post since you found it that much offending but I did not. The thing is on every review and every person I know says that the hpm-70 has great bass so that's why I think that it's not only my opinion and I certainly don't want everyone to have the same opinion as me cause that would be just plain boring.

Bye!

Glad that you think so. The whole idea behind having a forum is that people can post their individual opinions. Otherwise what is the point of even having a forum?

Exactly. Forums are for us users to tell our opinions and see if we areright or wrong for something. Also forums are the best places on the Internet to get help imho. The most help I got for mobile phones for example is from the forums. And different opinions are needed, not everyone has the same thinking or understanding for everything. Those different opinions are making the forums more interesting.

In my opinion the 7x's has very good bass kick, but the 6x's runs the mid and high frequency better than the 7x's
Dunno bout the 8x's though, haven't got a chance to borrow for a test

Yeah that is my findings too. HPM-64 sounds better than HPM-70. Bass isn't everything for a good sounding earphone. It have to sound balanced with equal amounts of bass, mids and treble which is difficult to achieve because different people listens differently. But the HPM-64 managed this aspect better than HPM-70.

But if you're a bass head, then look no further than HPM-70 I guess.
