in all fairness my local john lewis had loads there - 8gigs, 16gig... nanos.... all kinds for a good price too

even DSLR's...... £100 off etc....... i had to pick, touch or DSLR...... hmmmmm.....

i love this thing tho

ok, so i got my toy now, wheres the best place to get skins or protectors for it?

i assume you can get something like this

any ideas welcomed - preferably the cheapest options

congrats on your new purchase...

what software version is it running atm? Also are you interested in jailbreaking it (ie hacking it) so you can install games, themes and more? Or are you just happy with it being a pucker music/video player and web browser?

the touch is such a good bit of kit... you wont be disappointed with it. Personally i did find that eventually i grew a little bored with the things you can install on it, and was just using it for the normal things music etc.

Impressed with the price you got it for. Bargain!

Also on the case side of things - i got a Belkin silicone case for mine which came with a screen protector for about £12. Personal preference though...there are some nice leather cases available, but i think they just detract away from its slimness
