No not brand new, has been used by my wife but she does not like it, so it's up for sale. Will post up some pics later if I can get things to connect, not having too much luck at the moment.

No logos at all only start up screen to let you know it is voda, couple of scratches on the top of the screen women's handbags are a pain, comes with a memory card think 256 but will check.
