The police will not do anything, apparently it is classed as an 'avoidable' crime, I had it on here, not with this guy but yet another scammer and thats what they said to me. Hope you have more success with them than I did, I popped round to see my scammer and he was seriously suprised.....

Best thing to do is offer him a phone he really wants, once he makes the payment, use it to pay back people he owes money too and not send him jack all.
