Yes it is not an issue but again it keeps bugging me (at least me). I was looking the other day for EXIM SPUC/SPUP which I had it for my W950i and P1i but couldn't find any specifically for W980. I am a bit concerned about the outer display.

Had this problem with Z520i too. The keypad marks and then the clamp shell going loose.

Yes, just while I was writing this post, my new replaced W980 arrived. Thank God O2 are very fast.
Many Thanks to all those members who contributed to this thread, I have decided to carry on with my W980 as I can't accept another model or another phone instead of this beauty even if the problem persists, I only need to wipe it (silly me) and that's it.
Once again thank you all and would keep you of the updates in the official W980 thread.
