Try a master reset now. It can work to solve this. If not you should update EROm and reflash MAIN firmware. Will show you how if the master reset doesn't work.

You will have to flash main +fs and finalize the phone to sort it out.

Well, try flashing again after all... Folow the tutorial but this time download different flash files. You should be fine then

I now know how to flash the phone, but I still can't tell which files I need. Shall I paste the output from XS++ again? Could someone help determine which files I should use?

I flashed the phone with those files (and the custpack you mentioned in an earlier post), and I still get the white screen thing. :/

Hmm try reflashing EROM... Use it as a MAIN firmware file and hit flash.
