CPW Customers can't get one because you're not really O2 customers.
CPW use the network, branding and logo and tariffs under license, but all billing and customer services is done through them, so as far as O2 are concerned, you're simply not one of their customers, you just use their network via someone else.

Yeah just ordered a C902. They had only Soul and C902 available this morning.
