They are just standard Tupperware kind of boxes but the cloth makes the 'package' look nice. The cloth is knotted to keep all tidy and when unknotted, the lunch package rests on your lap, the cloth acting like a small tablecloth! !

The cloth is called a Furoshiki and the Japanese characters are
風呂敷 -ふろしき ) the literal meaning is - wrapping cloth

Saturday bump!

Anyone have any interest in folding fans, mint condition, some with a matching cloth? Chopsticks and chopstick rests ? And other Japanese things.

I can post pictures but waste of time if no interest.

These are quite rare these days... I have seen some sell for £60-00

..... so £30-00 plus add about £5-00 for rmsd.
