Two ways:

1. VIEW the pic. After it opens, click on MORE -> SLIDE SHOW-> VERTICAL -> PAUSE -> HIDE ICONS. Then move it with your joystick.

2. VIEW the pic. After it opens, click on HORIZONTAL. The after the pic is rotated, click MORE -> HIDE ICONS.

Use slide show option in pictures or camera folder and the pause n hide icons options comes for each of the two soft keys
