Well you can see all firmware versions on
www.topsony.com. At least all available they have or
www.totalgsm.com should have full list of all firmwares. They should list them by date of release so you can find which is the latest one.

The G502 is a great phone, but I have found R1F is very buggy.
My phone crashes, a lot, typically every 2 days. It just freezes, the screen goes blank & the backlight comes on. You must remove the battery to fix it. When you switch it back on you must reset the time and date.
I presume this is software related, it seems unlikely to be a hardware fault.

Last time i have that kind of issue (among others) and i solved after update the OS.
