I was stupid enough to send a T68i MMS configuration message to my P800 which resultet in a LOT of 10sec signs when going to the internet settings. I had to do a master reset. Sadly I forgot to backup all my nice Jotter drawings :/

the P800 can detect that your unit has error. just hold and it will turn off, then just turn on.

who told you to hold it for a couple of minutes?? I clearly said 10 SECONDS!!

And for your information the time you took to open up the cover, pull the battery out, put the battery in again, and attach the cover will took you more than 10 seconds

You tell me which smartphone never hang? And while you're at it, also tell me which newer phone never hang.

@pabbas, i`m still holding the button down i`m hungry & i need a piss, i have a sensible question for you as your a professional on P800`s, when i send an application to the phone all works fine, however on a couple of ocaisions the item is stored to "inbox" or "internal memory" i have looked in "beamed messages" & all the obvious places but it`s not there so where would i find the item ?

It's possible to happen once in a while, but if it happened all the time then it's impossible. Only two possibilites for that:
1. Your phone is damaged, so go to your seller and demand a replacement.
2. You just make this up (only God knows)

What media did you use to transfer the items? USB Cable, IR or BT? Please be more specific.
And what is this item, files or programs? Are you transfering or installing?
