Well, I'm going through the process of flashing it using the JDflasher program. But in order to do so, it requires I find out which custpack I'm running, which requires me to go into the service menu... which is impossible to do in my phones current state. Any help?

Connect phone to XS++. Even if it is CID53 you should get detailed info about installed firmware and custpacks etc...
