yeah, manufacturer doesn't give guarantee for the 0 dead pixel thing just if you have a big lcd screen, like pc monitors(except some special 1's).
small lcd's like mobile phone lcd's have dead pixel warranty as i know. you dont have to stand to see them.

Well don't know if p1 warranty covers that but mine hasn't got any dead pixels. I was trying to say that damaged surface of the touchscreen can also result in changing colors (depends of the angle you are looking the screen at) so it looks like dead pixel. I hope you get me.

Hmm, I don't think I have any on mine... Certainly never noticed any at any rate...

Well I think if you use the stylus properly (or your fingers) and keep the touchscreen clean there won't be any damage on the screen surface or the screen itself... No dead pixels and etc...

That's one simple and clear answer "none" .. Anyway, don't see a reason why a pixel would die if the display (touchscreen) is used gently and properly without any hard presses or dropping the phone.

@strizlow

That's what I already said a few posts back..

A pixel does not die or get stuck due to bad usage of the TS, but is the result of a faulty production.

So either you have it or you don't.

It's as simple as that.
