They had made up there mind before they interviewed me, I over heard them talking about someone else saying she was pretty, knew alot etc. I guess my mistake was not knowing alot. But they were impressed by what I was doing atm! Im gunna email them and ask for feedback anyway cos its always gud to know this in future. My next move is to still apply in retail but look at other stuff.

I must say I'm a bit surprised Miss.

You've been a member of Esato for over 5 years and you didn't get that job!

You should have walked it

You got any more interviews lined up?

I prob did walk it as the guy was very amazed by what I was doing and was shocked at how many people we have working in our shop.

maybe I was too overpowered maybe they thought I'd be after his job,
I did mention I was doing management training lol

could be alot of reasons i failed, but looks like they had there person before thy saw me, + I didn't really do any research on the company ive been way to busy working for our shop lately

ive applied to alot of other shops,
I think I may look at larger ones just to be safe incase the smaller shops decide to shut down I really think this will happen

Where are you based MissUK? I am leaving Orange in 4 weeks and you could definately get in there. I will vouch for you being a fellow esatoian! Im on Oxford Street at the busiest Orange store in the country! Keen?

PS: Forget all that pre-interview crap with Head Office. My Manager would decide pretty much on the spot. Hes good like that.

By and large, all the UK operators offer relatively similar services. Of course, there are exceptions to this - In the case of Orange, they offer a Line 2 facility which is one of their unique selling points.

And free calls to most 0800 numbers

The problem there is ive been interviewed by 2 of the managers from both my local 0range shops eg. Brierley hill and Wolverhampton lol
(Birmingham, West Midlands) the job xmas temp was with Adecco both branch managers came to perform the assessment on Tues I was the only person in my group that arrived and I overheard them chatting about a girl who they liked and had what they liked..

I would like a job with 0range if possible but those 2 tossers don't want me Ps, I haven't got any transport and rely bigtime on buses

so getting anywhere else would be a bloomin nightmare.

unless there opening a shop in Dudley or Stourbridge anytime soon
