Same here all data has to go via my provider, there was a way to exploit O2 here in the UK but they closed that loop hole years ago.

Actually here in the Philippines, our network providers always close those loopholes. But we always find a way to open it.

med is correct! if it is not free to browse, look for a site that is free to browse then use it on the settings that i gave to you.
