I suppose so, but there should be a law (maybe not that far) so if they wanted to make fake plastic rubbish they can but they have to tell you, not simple enough?

It depends what housing it is... K800 housing isn't that hard to fit on.
At least you don't have to remove all parts from the phone to change the whole housing as you have to do on K750 for e.g.

Hey, I already know how to fit them, but not to pick out genuinness (is that a word lol).
Now, I was just flicking through the many thousands of Esato Forum pages (love the forum btw
) and came across this picture (look at the difference in the headphone bit you put in your ear) if left is fake and right is origional:
I was wandering if this applied to the phone housings (i can't spell fascias you see). Now if that is the case the £8.99 one is genuine and off the Casino Royale version? And also with regards to the copyright you mentioned I think if the logo (:se:) is angled in that way would that be against their copyright, or would they "Get away with it"?

i bought a few "genuine" housings and the detail and numbers on the keypad ware off fairly quickly.... itll cost at least £25 for a real one
