Hi all,
I apologise for my mistake as i thought the clip on the end of the Lanyard just clipped onto the Bold and hadn't realised it needed the thread as well. Which now that i think about it of course makes more sense.

The lanyard will go in the hole behind the battery cover..
i used a elastic to show that you can put a lanyard on a bold.

...shame you can't demonstrate though(so does your Bold now weigh more than an E90??)!
In this pic:
...just above zootzoot's circle, you can just make out a 'prong', with a circular end...well, that's what it looks like to me, anyway! I'd assume that is what threads need to be looped over, after being fed though the hole in the bottom casing - although it looks even more awkward than P990's 'amusing' one!
