Yep, my problem has been fixed by a member of this forum who will remain anonymous for obvious reasons.
Long story short, a reflash is needed as there is no way to get into the file system to delete the file causing the loop (yet). Maybe the new PhoneXS will have it or the new jdflasher plgin for far.
But for now try to stick to signed software and official themes to prevent this.
I know this doesn't help you now, I was in the same boat as you. Maybe you know someone that works in a phone shop, know someone at a SE service centre or anyone else with EMMA access.

Its an internal network at SE for developers and service points for as far as I can see. You need a special card and a login to use the software. See also here:
