Ok ........... the iphone has arrived and i have noticed that the apple logo and the metal frame that surrounds the screen has some light scuffing.
The Screen itself is in perfect condition as is the rest of the phone ............pics up soon.

It has Cydia and Installer so it must be.
Don't let that put you off if you don't want it jailbroken as a simple restore fixes it all!
