If you look closely at the picture in my first post a scratch can be seen on the W960i screen which isnt bad and most of the time cannot be seen when the screen is on.
The P1i has a scuff on the back cover which can also be seen in the picture.
Both are complete, the P1i comes with a 4GB memory card and leather pouch and the W960i comes with a set of HPM-62 headphones instead of the normal ones.
