Eldarīs reviews are very biased. Itīs always been like this. He usually picks a brand and say nice things about it for a period of time until he picks another and so on... It used to be

in k750īs days, nowadays is nokia and omnia too recently. Sometimes his reviews make no sense at all because they get too personal or because he insists on making big arguments or big market analysis that have no real background and that most times doesnīt come to reality. He used to think

would come to be a threat to nokia and that surely never happened. Last year he insisted many times that the iphone unlocking scene was actually a carefully crafted plot by apple, that handed over software secrets to a kid in order to satisfy users and increase sales. He puts too much of his personal sh*t in his reviews.

to answer the question about brightness and the difference between the two phones is that nokia have updated and worked on improving the reactiveness of the light sensor and it is much better in newer phones than it is in slightly older ones.
That would answer why the big difference in the two.
Seems no-one understands the point se_dude is trying to make with this topic, it's not about the two Nokias, it's about the
Samsung : why is the pic made by the
Samsung less bright in the comparison with one Nokia, than the
same pic off the
same Samsung when compared to another Nokia ?
Despite of several replies, nobody had an answer to this question yet.

Where is SE coming into the picture?? If you have a look at the i7110 review by Eldar, he has totally bashed it. The display comparisons provided are totally crap too.
So you're upset that he trashed the i7110? Isn't the i7110 a Samsung phone? What's the connection here to SE?

As a reviewer Eldar whould be unbiased, be it ny phone he is reviewing. The point I am trying to make is that Eldar is repeatedly bashing up phones that are not from the Nokia arena, be it SE or Samsung. A reviewer shouldnt be brand specific.
And anyway, about SE i have stopped visiting mobile-review. In that case, i would expect at the other reviews to be unbiased. The i7110 is pitted against the measly N79 and bashed.Simply pathetic.

Measly N79? LOL they have exactly the same specs, except that i7110 has a 2.6inch AMOLED screen like the N85,

measly? Nah.

Same as with the N85. N79+N81 rip off=N85
N79=N82-graphcs acc+fm transmitter-xenon
Advantages of i7110
# Camera wide dynamic range, anti-shake, geo-tagging, face, smile and blink detection
# VGA video recording at 30 fps and two slow motion video recording modes
# DivX and XviD playback out of the box
# Optical trackpad navigation

The point is not about anyone being pro to a certain brand or no longer pro of that brand, it's just clear that reviews are ALWAYS subjective to the reviewer but Eldar's reviews, most of the time, get too personal. Especially his recent non-Nokia ones, which of course leads to some people (including me) that now it's Nokia's turn to by praised by His Russian Mobile Knowledge Majesty. Who knows how long will it last.

WOW, things that can be added via a FW update if NOKIA Felt it necessary except for the track navigation. Hmmm: anti-shake, and geo-tagging the NOKIAs have this, even old N95-1 has these, recieved via FW update, the others will come in time im sure.
N85 has the same display as i7110.
N79 is now the smallest Nseries, and only weighing 97g, its a fashion phone bud, not a camera phone, thats why N82 is still the Cam Flagship.
But anyway i do find it strange that Sam appears dimmer, maybe its because the N79 screen is smaller and is a regular TFT, there for it makes the i7110 look brighter. I dont think he's being biased though.
