Yes, I had a nasty experience when I was about to buy my P800. I got the opened one. They had played with it and the screen was all dirty. I said I wanted a new one and the clerk walked out refusingly into another room and got another one.
I surprises me that he had the nerve to give me the one that had been open because I was the one that preordered mine first of all at that vODAFONE store.....

And I AM sure that the seal was not broken (I tried it veeeeery carefully to open without breaking it, but I didn't manage to).
So maybe the guys who assembled it in China had dirty fingers?

Yes i can understand u... And that is what i want to avoid...! It has happened before with my T68i, the guy was playing and came out and showed me the phone, i was in love with my phone so i did not realise he had been playing WITH MY PHONE. I PAID €540.- FOR MY T68i AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO OPEN IT AND PLAY WITH.
If he does the same thing with my SE P800 i'll for sure refuse it and ask a new one, and i'll make a complain at the customer service bond...!

most is sealed with sticker (difficult to remove without damaging) battery is sealed with clear sticky tape (easy to open) sync station is sealed fully, but forget ALL that, because the box has a 40mm round black paper sticker at the lid joint, it should be intact.
