I am having problems connecting to my phone with this software. When trying to connect I get this message:

12:07:45| Init Master Failed!
XS++ says it is connected still.
Any suggestions?

My bad, I've managed to get it connected. Now for a stupid question. Where do I get updated firmware from and do you think it will correct the issue with my touch screen not responding?
