Well i just downloaded the clock from your link and got the same message! So i copied both files to the phone memory and then jad install works.

i hav k770... i change phone firmware from R8BC004 to R8BA024... on R8BC i install a Java application which stores in Mem Card by defualt but now when i m installing the same application on R8BA it say operation failed... while others application that i have preivously installed on R8BC did get installed in R8BA
