I don't think Dubya is that stupid. There are people who pretend to be a dumbass/controversial to sway attention from their true schemes and I think he's one of such people. Obviously the shoethrower deserves to be arrested; doesn't matter who's the target, it's still a grave offense to insult the leader of another country. And to think that he's a journalist (although he may no longer be one right now).
Have to agree that Dubya also deserved it - being the ManUtd goalie I mean with those reflexes.

There is one thing that the world does forget that America gives BILLIONS in aid to poor countrie. And the gave 6 billion to rebuild parts of Banda Ache after the earthquake and tsunami. AND ITS A MUSLIM COUNTRY. People do largely misunderstand America. Sometimes.
