In Scottt's defence every RMSD I have sent or received this last week has been late by 2-3 days and the post office had told me to expect this!

Agree with Andy, this phone you are expecting was received by Scott 24 hours after it should have been delivered. So two days instead of the guaranteed one. Could put in a claim but can't be asked!

I was supposed to get a PM with a tracking number, but have'nt had one.
Will wait until next week now, before I do anything further, like you said may just be Royal Mail.
