hey MeG, I live very near to you, I am having to use the Meadowhall store as well. Ive already been in twice and no technician was there. Last time i ewnt in they said there would be one there quite often after 8th of Jan, so hopefully can get it done now. My t68i is still under warranty, just take receipt in with it, they do it in a few mins.
